Project Overview

This project is a web-based operations and care management platform designed for organizations that manage Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, care staff, clients, incidents, funding, and daily service operations.

The platform helps administrators, coordinators, and care providers manage multiple housing units, track staff and client activities, monitor incidents, review funding status, and oversee operational performance from a centralized dashboard.

The system combines property management, workforce management, client care tracking, and analytics into a single interface.

Problem Statement

This creates fragmented workflows, slower communication, and operational inefficiencies.
