Project Overview
At Centmore, we designed a modern Race Event Tracking & Fitness Community App that helps runners, cyclists, and fitness enthusiasts discover events, track activities, and stay connected through an engaging mobile app UX/UI design.
The platform combines live GPS tracking, race event discovery, performance analytics, fitness challenges, and community networking into one seamless experience. Every screen was designed to make event participation, activity tracking, and athlete engagement simple, intuitive, and enjoyable.
Built with a scalable UX/UI design system, the application delivers a consistent experience across Android and iOS while encouraging users to stay active, compete, and connect with other athletes.
Problem Statement
Many fitness apps focus only on individual activity tracking, making it difficult for users to discover races, join events, and engage with an active fitness community.
Our objective was to design a Sports & Fitness Mobile App that combines GPS race tracking, live event management, social interaction, and performance insights into one intuitive digital platform.
- Limited race discovery
- Basic activity tracking
- Low community engagement
- No live race monitoring
- Fragmented event experience
- Limited performance analytics

The design focuses on creating a seamless user journey while encouraging participation, motivation, and long-term user retention..
The final solution brings together race event management, GPS activity tracking, live performance monitoring, fitness analytics, and social networking into one connected mobile platform.
Designed by Centmore, this UX/UI case study demonstrates how thoughtful mobile app design can improve user engagement, simplify race participation, and build a scalable digital experience for modern sports and fitness communities.
