Project Overview

This project is a web-based transportation operations platform designed to help school districts manage student transportation, optimize bus routes, monitor real-time fleet activity, and analyze transportation performance.

The platform enables transportation coordinators and district administrators to oversee routes, monitor delays, manage student assignments, track driver and vehicle performance, and optimize transportation budgets through centralized dashboards and live operational insights.

The goal of this project was to design a centralized transportation management platform that improves operational visibility, optimizes route performance, reduces costs, and enhances student transportation efficiency.

The system combines route planning, district benchmarking, live map monitoring, student assignment management, and transportation analytics into a unified operational workspace.
